This return and refund policy applies to United States (USA) orders only. By placing an order with Liz Fragrance, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility Period

Customers may request a return within 21 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
Product must be returned in its original box with protective packaging
Items returned without proper protection or in damaged packaging may be refused

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Liz Fragrance.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
If free shipping was applied to the original order, the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount
Refund processing time is up to 7 business days after the return is approved

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply in the following cases:

Up to 30% restocking fee if the product is not returned in its original sealed packaging
Wholesale orders may be subject to up to 10% restocking fee, even if returned in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Tester products
Opened or used fragrances
Products returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Undelivered, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Shipping fees are non-refundable for:

Undelivered packages
Refused deliveries
Unclaimed packages
Returned shipments due to the incorrect address provided by the customer

Refunds will only be issued if the delivery error was caused by Liz Fragrance.
